1. When carrying out the concrete foundation construction of the fence posts, the construction unit should release the foundation center line in accordance with the requirements of the approved construction organization TRANBBS design and design drawings, and level and clean the site to ensure that the line after the installation of the fence is beautiful, Straight. Before the foundation concrete is poured, the size of the foundation pit and the spacing between the foundation pits must be inspected and approved by the supervision engineer before the concrete can be poured.
2. When the nets and columns used for the fence are transported to the construction site, the construction unit provides the supervision engineer with a product qualification certificate. Supervisory engineers have the right to test and inspect the mesh and uprights with questionable engineering quality. The engineering supervision engineer shall check the curvature of the uprights on the site, and shall clear the appearance of those who have obvious deformation, curling or scratches.
3. The mesh and the post are firmly connected, and the mesh surface is smooth after installation without obvious warping and unevenness. After the construction of the fence is completed, the Gao Office will organize relevant personnel to check and accept the quality of the fence.
4. During the installation of the column, the column is stable and the connection with the foundation is tight. Support can be installed to stabilize the column. During the column installation process, a small line should be used to detect the straightness of the column installation and adjust the locality. Make sure the straight section is straight and the curved section is smooth. The burial depth of the column shall meet the requirements of the design drawings.
After the construction of the column is completed, the supervision engineer shall check the line shape, depth and height of the column, and the stability of the connection with the foundation. After the requirements are met, the construction of the net can be carried out.
