2. Dipping

Plastic impregnation generally heats the parts to be impregnated to melt the plastic powder on the metal surface of the grassland mesh. The color makes the product more beautiful and more ornamental.

3. Spray plastic

Spraying uses the principle of static electricity to make the plastic powder adsorb on the product, and then heat and solidify the process to achieve the purpose of anti-erosion of the product coating. Spraying is generally used in temporary products. The plastic layer is thinner than the dipping process. The advantage is cost Low and fast.

4. Anti-rust paint

Anti-rust paint is relatively easy to operate, low cost, strong operability, and poor anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.

5. Copper clad steel

Copper-clad steel is generally made by electroplating and continuous casting. The former uses the principle of electrolysis. The grassland mesh is low in cost and the coating is thin. The continuous casting method makes the copper and the cladding metal fully fused without disconnection.
